Set and maintain the graphic standards and provide graphics service and support for all Sinclair Broadcast Group television stations. Provide creative direction for the graphics department, overseeing the design, production and distribution of news and promotions graphics for all markets. Further streamline the centralization of graphics production and distribution by implementing new technologies and strategies. Hire the right people and provide them with the tools they need to succeed, while monitoring and mentoring their achievements.

- Concept and design of broadcast and print materials for branding and promotion of both news and entertainment programing for 60 TV Stations in 39 markets reaching 24% of US television households, including FOX, ABC, CBS, NBC, MYTV, and CW affiliates.
- Keep all Sinclair Broadcast Group television stations and all centralized Sinclair Broadcast operations in compliance with all 6 networks’ graphic standards. (FOX, ABC, CBS, NBC, MYTV, CW)

- Created, organized and streamlined templates to mass produce a news graphics package for a group of 14 news operations, each with 2-6 daily newscasts.
- Directed development of an intuitive online database providing producers at all Sinclair Stations with a rich graphics resource where they can search a library of thousands of existing graphics, and even place requests for new items. Operations were streamlined by reducing redundant work orders and putting a system in place that benefits weekend and am news operations.
